Well, we sent them off for the Best Time Ever, obviously.
For the first 6 days we were gone, the girls stayed in Tennessee with Brad's parents. Here are a few highlights:
These were our last few moments with them before heading out:
After we left, Lily climbed things:
They visited the "water iPad":
They visited Ray Ray and the zoo in Knoxville:
They bounced and jumped (and climbed) at the soft play place:
And they swam, dirtied clothes, and ate things. They had a blast!
For the last 6 days we were gone, the girls stayed in Alabama with my parents. Here are a few highlights:
Lily climbed things:
They swam:
They played in the yard (wearing a tiara, obviously):
They visited with my sister, my aunts/uncles/cousins/cousins' kids, visited Bridgestreet (with fountains and a splash pad), enjoyed visiting with friends at church, and ate things (especially Mexican food):
The girls had a wonderful time with both set of grandparents, and we are so grateful for their willingness and generosity to keep the girls so that Brad and I could have such an incredible opportunity. Thank you, parents!
