Brassarts in Boston

My family came up for Memorial Day weekend. We dropped Rachael off at the airport Wednesday morning (before Memorial Day), and Brad picked up the Brassarts that same evening. The weather was pretty yucky for most of the days they were here (try as I might, I cannot make the weather behave), but we had a grand time anyway. Claire showed them some of her favorite Duck Dynasty episodes, I introduced them to Alias, and we did a lot of playing. And posing for pictures.

Like Rachael's visit, we went into town to Regina's, Mike's, and the harbor. We did a very abbreviated tour of the Freedom Trail, too. A few of our other plans got derailed because of rain. No problem. We have a really fun toy around here. Sometimes we call her "toy," and sometimes we call her "Claire." Or Bearsy. Or Bear. I was very proud of my family for sharing her so nicely. Good job, family! She was very sad when you left. That's why she fell asleep in the car on the way to the airport; she just couldn't face saying goodbye.

Loves her Bo.

Dad putting his skills (that have been honed through years of examining patients) to good use.

Making faces at Nana.

 She's definitely up to something.

On the way to get Salted Caramel-flavored yogurt.

So good.

Looking on with envy.

He may or may not have been taunting her...

Go Red Sox!

Bedtime cuddles and smiles.

Posing with Nana and Poppy.

Chilling with Daddy.

Memorial Day wardrobe.

We're so glad you came to visit! We can't wait to see you again this summer at the BEACH!

Just another friendly reminder that I'm still playing catch-up. Clearly, it is not currently July... We made another annual trip to Tops...
