Best Vacation in the Universal 2019: part 5

By our last day in the parks, we had done most of our favorite things with just a few outliers left to tackle. We did a victory lap of quite a few things and made sure to get to the stuff we hadn't yet.

Their reenactment of the Zax Bypass CRACKED us all up!

We wanted a family selfie in front of this...

...and *technically,* we were in front of it. We just didn't get it in the picture.

Lily was kind of terrified of this guy the whole trip...until the last day when she wanted a picture with him.

In line for our fourth or fifth ride on The Flight of the Hippogriff! Amiee is a fabulous auntie. She really is the best of the best.

We love the Hippogriff, too.

Waiting for Minions!

One last ride on the Hogwarts Express!

Sleepy snuggles while we waited

This baby was pretty done.

A few favorite nighttime shots

Happy to be back in the room, getting ready for bed

Pre-bedtime snuggles

Hopefully, this video will work and you can listen to Claire being so cute and explaining about the Lorax.

We had to say goodbye the next morning, and I didn't take pictures of that because it wasn't pretty. We were so sad to say goodbye to everyone after such a wonderful week together. And we knew that we wouldn't be seeing Amiee in person again for nearly a year. WHEW. That was hard.

(We also didn't quite realize that Lily, Brynn, and I + Mom and Amiee were coming down with the flu.)

But, now that we're this far into 2020 and alllll that entails, we are so extra glad that we had that week together. Thank you, Nana and Poppy, for the Best Vacation in the Universal!

Boswell beach trip 2022: part 1

Just another friendly reminder that I'm still playing catch-up. Clearly, it is not currently July... We made another annual trip to Tops...
