Sunday snapshots: Winter and Spring 2020

There are a few "regular" things in our weekly rhythms that I've tried to keep very consistent this year (especially since the beginnings of COVID things). We do pizza and a movie every Friday. And we put on our church clothes and take a picture every Sunday. These relatively small things help anchor our weeks and keep some normalcy. So, please enjoy our Sunday pictures, January-May.

January 26 (incidentally, this was the last Sunday that I made it to church)

March 1 (we didn't quite manage a "proper" photo)

March 8: International Women's Day + our last normal Sunday before COVID

March 22: our first structured Sunday at home

April 5: Palm Sunday

The day before, our church put a bucket of palm branches outside the church so we could swing by and pick them up.

Please enjoy this video of the Palm Sunday celebration that our neighbors got to witness. It's a favorite of mine.

We miss a Sunday here and there, but we manage to snag a picture most weeks. It's one of my favorite things.
